Cheikh Hamidou KANE Digital University (ex UVS) has more than 60,000 students enrolled in 46 tracks containing more than 1,000 courses, the assessment of which requires the preparation of nearly 2,000 exam topics per year. Since its opening in 2013, it is estimated that nearly 11,000 topics have been prepared, and this number is growing (see [4]). In addition to these numbers, on the one hand we have the lack of an examination management system (EMS). On the other hand, we see enormous difficulties in receiving assessment topics at the teacher level, given the large number of topics a teacher has to design. We propose a framework called JEMS (Jolof Examination Management System) that allows for declarative expression and evaluation of topics close to their design. In order to be able to generate questions automatically, we have made use of other models such as natural language processing based models. This framework aims to automate evaluation questions from an existing question bank for a (Constituent Element). Automating evaluations in this context poses a number of scientific challenges that constitute the contributions of the presented work: - The implementation of a file template in csv format. - Question models that identify entities in CEs and generate statements against the natural language processing model

In the literature, many proposals have been made to improve the storage and transmission of data including cheaper, efficient and safe compression techniques. Thus, this paper proposes to make a comparative study of BID, Huffman, LZ77, three (3) powerful algorithms of data compression and decompression techniques in order to determine the best one. These algorithms each have impressive qualities. For this, we will focus on the quality of their ratios, the percentage of registration, the speed and their basic techniques. Some of these algorithms are already world references and have a certain undeniable popularity today. They are all three parts of the best algorithms in the world. But despite all these difficulties and obstacles to overcome, this paper will have to determine a clear classification and its share. This is why this hard and tedious work will be demonstrated and discussed in this document in an explicit way in order to eliminate all ambiguity (doubts). The importance of this manuscript will therefore be to provide comparative clarity between these three (3) different algorithms according to the defined criteria of sincere way.

With the growing number of its students, Virtual University of Senegal is often faced with a lack of quality of service during synchronous learning activities. Thus, the University has set itself the challenge of reinforcing its technological device to make it even more robust in order to support the increasing number of students with a more powerful infrastructure. In this perspective, we have, in this paper, proposed an online teaching platform based on fog computing. Thus, we have proposed an optimal placement of educational resources at the fog layer nodes in order to relieve the backbone network and, consequently, reduce the response time of students’ requests during synchronous activities, which are very sensitive to delay.

Most developing countries are face to a deficit of doctors and qualified medical staff. This situation poses a real problem for population, especially pregnant women who are at a much greater risk. The use of biosensors can be an alternative solution to overcome these deficiencies. This article presents a new protocol called T4PW (TSCH For Pregnant Woman). T4PW uses the Wireless Body Area Networks (WBANs) and is based on 802.15.4e TSCH standard. Our new protocol aims to provide a real-time remote monitoring to pregnant woman during the pregnancy period and at childbirth. The woman health state is determined from the values measured by the biosensors. Several slotframe templates are proposed according to the health status and the 802.15.4e default timeslot length is reduced.

The emergence of network interconnection technology promotes collaboration and the sending of large amounts of data into the network. In fact, we are at a time when entities are forced to share their data in a collaborative working environment and mutualisation. Data exchanged through collaborative networks is constantly growing. As part of a virtual organization, as in the case of distributed networks or digital universities, actors often have to exchange large data in the form of images, sounds and videos. This plethora of large data creates slowdowns within the network and dramatically slows the flow. Data compression is a mandatory solution. This article proposes to provide a solution on compression and data transmission techniques. The compression technique consists of using a polynomial formula to compress the data to the maximum before its transmission. This makes it possible to send large amounts of data faster, to gain bandwidth and to increase the fluidity of transmissions. So the knots will be less loaded.
